摘要
目的：对强力宁注射液中甘氨酸的含量测定方法研究。方法：采用高效液相色谱柱后衍生法，在以聚苯乙烯磺酸型强阳离子交换树脂为填充剂的色谱柱上，以枸橼酸钠缓冲液为流动相，流速０．５ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１，荧光检测器检测。以外标峰面积定量。结果：在进样２０μｌ，８～２４μｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内，甘氨酸峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为１００．６％，ＲＳＤ０．８％（ｎ＝７）。结论：本法简便，结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE :To establish an HPLC method for the determination of glycine in Qianglining Injection. METHODS :Good resolution for seperation of glycine at strong cation exchange resin having salfonic acid radical column can be achieved with sodium citrate as mobile phase flow rate 0.5 mlmin-1 when the column and kit temperature is 55. RESULTS :The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 824 gml-1 of glycine (r=0.999 9),The mean recovery was 100.6%,RSD=0.8% (n=7) . CONCLUSIONS :The method is simple and accurate.
