摘要
目的:探讨临床药师对肿瘤患者的药学监护要点。方法:结合1例晚期肺癌合并糖尿病患者的用药情况,提出临床药师监护要点。结果:按照临床药师提出的意见调整用药后,患者血糖控制较稳定,症状逐步缓解,骨痛控制良好。结论:临床药师需结合患者病情,综合分析用药情况,提出个体化用药指导。
OBJECTIVE：To discuss the key points of pharmaceutical care for patients with tumor.METHODS：Key points of pharmaceutical care were put forward according to 1 case of advanced lung cancer with diabetes mellitus.RESULTS：After adjusting the medication according to clinical pharmacists＇advice,the level of blood glucose remained stable and symptom were relieved regularly.Ache of bone was controlled.CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacist should supply individualized drug therapy by analyzing drug use comprehensively based on the condition of patients.
