S7-414H控制系统在主井带式输送机上的应用

摘要 为了提高主井带式输送机控制系统的可靠性,增强控制系统与驱动系统之间的兼容性,通过对原来的控制系统进行改造,由S7—414H冗余系统替代GE公司的9070可编程控制器。介绍了控制系统的特点、硬件结构和功能以及对系统的一些应用体会。运行实践表明,改造后的控制系统降低了系统故障率,系统运行稳定可靠,为企业生产提供了有力的保障。 In order to improve the reliability of control system for belt conveyor in main shaft,the compatibility of control system with drive system was enhanced.The original control system was transformed,GE 9070 pro- grammable controller being replaced with S7-414H redundant system.The characteristics,hardware structure and function of control system as well as some perceives on the application of the system were introduced also. The actual operation showed that the transformed control system reduced the failure rate and improved the operation stability and reliability,which provides powerful guarantee for enterprise production.
