摘要
为规范和完善医疗服务中设备成本与效益研究方法,本研究通过所建立的成本效益评价体系对现场调查和既往累计资料进行了精确计算、归集和科学分析,动态观察了设备成本与效益的多种构成因素变动情况以及成本效益间的相互影响程度;并在现有核算模式基础上,探讨了成本构成中设备实际折旧、实际使用年限、有效残期和残值的概念与核算方法;同时,对设备效益的多种构成因素进行了应用分析,并提出了设备间接效益的量化核算方法。结果表明,多种成本因素和设备业务量影响设备效益,效益又制约设备成本的大小,间接效益的量化核算为设备成本效益的综合、全面评价提供了新的途径。
