摘要
网络教学的效果在很大程度上取决于是否实施了有效的过程控制,它不仅体现在课程设计及教学资源的建设环节,更体现在具体教学和评价环节。而且,过程控制是一个衡量、比较和控制之间的动态连续过程。在具体实施过程控制中,应注重转变教学观念,改进教学工作量考核方法,提高教师网络技能,合理评价学生学习效果。
The effect of web teaching depends on the whether there exists an effective process control to a large extent,not only in the construction of teaching resources and the course design,but also in the teaching and evaluating process.Moreover,process control is dynamic continuous process of measuring,comparing and controlling.In the of process control,change of teaching concept,improving the measurement of teaching productivity,consummation of teachers＇ web skill and evaluating students＇ performance appropriately should be implemented.
