摘要 为获得螺纹剪切碰撞吸能系统的最佳尺寸,以达到碰撞设计要求,应用正交试验设计方法,以螺纹高度、螺纹宽度、剪切高度及螺距这4个尺寸参数为设计变量.每个设计变量选取4个设计水平,对螺纹剪切系统的16种参数组合进行了碰撞仿真实验,并分析了实验结果.分析结果表明,剪切高度对评价指标有显著影响.仿真实验结果表明,所选的螺纹剪切系统结构最优参数组合满足碰撞设计要求. To obtain the optimum dimensions of cutting the screw thread, and to satisfy the designed collision requirement, orthogonal experiment design is measured, four parametes are taken as design variables, such as height of screw thread, width of screw thread, height of shearing and pitch. 4 levels are selected for each design variable, collision simulation is carried out for 16 group section parameter combinations of the cutting screw thread, simulation result is analyed. The result shows that height of shearing have significant effect on experimental result. Simulation results, at least one group of parameters of cutting the screw thread is selected which can meet the design requirements, and this is the optimal structure.
