摘要
为了获取悬式绝缘子污秽放电强度与声发射信号强度之间的关系,系统研究了不同材质悬式绝缘子污秽放电声发射现象。介绍了绝缘子污秽放电声发射监测原理、声信号监测装置以及污秽试验方法,进行了多组悬式绝缘子的污秽放电声发射试验。试验和分析结果表明:整个绝缘子污秽放电过程中,即从放电起始、发展、强烈至闪络,放电强度与声发射信号之间存在着对应关系;且污秽放电过程可粗略的划分为几个阶段,各个阶段各有不同的典型放电现象,均与一定的声发射信号相对应。并在大量污秽试验基础上,总结绝缘子污秽放电声发射波的共有特征。
In order to get the relation between polluted discharge and acoustic emission signal of suspend insulators,acoustic emission phenomenon from suspend insulator discharge of different materials were researched systematically.The detection principle and apparatus of acoustic emission method for polluted insulator monitoring are introduced.Also the contamination experiment method was given.Then experimental research on acoustic emission from several group of polluted suspend insulator discharge were done.Polluted experimental results and analyses indicated that,there is a corresponding relationship between the acoustic emission signals emitted by the polluted insulators and the intensity of contamination discharge in the whole process of polluted discharge,which is from discharge initiation,development,intensity,to flashover.The polluted discharge process can be divided into several stages,and each stage has its different representative discharge phenomenon and determined acoustic emission signals.The common characteristic of acoustic emission waves from polluted insulator discharge is summarized based on numerous contamination experiments.
