摘要
学生素质拓展,既是一个目标体系,也是一个平台体系,更是一个实践体系。在国家"高职计划"实施过程中,示范院校如何实现创新人才培养模式与全面推进素质教育的有机结合是一个重大课题。武汉职业技术学院将关注学生成功就业与职业生涯的成功结合起来,以助力学生职业化成长为主线,融素质拓展于人才培养全过程,初步构建起以突出职业素质养成为特色的学生素质拓展体系。
The student quality extension is not only a target system but also a platform system as well as a practical system.With the implementation of the National Exemplary Higher Vocational School Construction Program,how could the higher vocational college of demonstration to achieve the aim of comprehensive integration between the model of cultivating innovative talents and the promotion of quality education？ Wuhan Polytechnic focuses on the students successes both for obtaining employments and for having professional careers.The college regards the promotion of the students vocational growth as its main task and makes the student quality extension access to the entire process of personnel training completely that has built up the initial Student Quality Extension System whose characteristic is stressing on the nurturance of students professional qualities.
