摘要
从变害为利的观点和昆虫资源利用的角度出发,探讨两种松毛虫蛹的营养价值.云南松毛虫(DendroimushouiLajonquiere)蛹的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和碳水化合物的含量分别为5815%,3598%,2252%和682%;文山松毛虫(DpunctatuswenshanensisTsaietLiu)蛹分别为6126%,3892%,1975%和970%;前者的不饱和脂肪酸含量与P/S值分别为6359%和1763%,后者分别为616944%和16316%;必需脂肪酸分别为322028%和2840%;两种虫蛹皆含有多种维生素和丰富的矿物元素.
From viewpoint
of turning pests into resources,this paper deals with the nutritive value of two pine
caterpillars.The contents of protein,amino acids,fat and carbohydrate of Dendrolimus houi are
5815%,3598%,2252% and 682% respectively,while those of Dpunctatus wenshanensis are
6126%,3892%,1975% and 970%;the essential fatty acids of the former are 322028%,the latter
2840%;both pupae are rich in vitamins and minor elements.
