摘要
该文首次报道了新显色剂8-氨基-2-(4-氯-2-膦酸基苯偶氮)-1-羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸(CPAH-Ⅰ)的合成、纯化、结构鉴定及其与铍离子的显色反应。在所拟定的条件下,铍离子与试剂形成稳定的紫红色配合物,且发色迅速,选择性好,是一个颇有应用价值的新的测铍试剂。
In this paper, the synthesis purification and identification of structure of a new reagent 8-amino-2-(4-chloro-2-phosphonophenylazo)-1-hydroxynaphthalene-3、6-disulfonic acid (abbreviated as CPAH-Ⅰ) is reported. The color reaction with Beryllium was studied. It was found that a color complex with mole ratio of 1 to 1 is formed with its maxium absorption at 586nm in a buffer media of Na 2B 4O 7-NaCl-H 3BO 3 at pH 7.0. The molar absorptivity is 1.1×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 and the linear range of the color reaction is between 0-20μg/25ml.
