旧有办公建筑改造与更新是城市环境可持续发展的重要组成部分,它有利于最大限度地利用现有资源,减少建筑垃圾和建设能耗。本文介绍了欧美国家在旧建筑改造方面的经验和常见模式,特别探讨了欧美近期办公建筑改造的一些实际案例及其所带来的启示。
Adaptation and renovation of office buildings play an important role in the overall sustainable development,which will help to maximize the use of existing urban resources,reduce construction waste and energy consumption,and maintain urban context and identity.This article introduces the contemporary practice of building adaptation in the UK and particularly explores a number of paradigms of old office building renovation and their implications.
