摘要
目的研究探讨超声乳化术治疗白内障患者的临床疗效评价。方法回顾性分析2009年1月-2010年1月期间来我院就诊的42例（60眼）白内障患者的临床资料。结果42例（60眼）白内障患者中，老年性白内障34眼（56．66％），糖尿病年龄相关性白内障7眼（11．67％），高度近视并发白内障12眼（20％），其他并发性白内障7眼（11．67％）。所有患者全部行透明角膜切口，白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术。术后裸眼或矫正视力≥0．5者42眼（70％）；0.3～0．4者9眼（15％），0．1—0．25者7眼（11．67％），≤0．1者2眼（3．33％）。6眼术后出现并发症，但症状均较轻，治疗后康复。结论超声乳化术对临床上各种类型白内障患者都比较适合，均能使患者视力得到一定程度的提高且安全性较好，临床取得较好效果。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of cataract phacoemulsificaion and lens implantation..Methods： A retrospective review was performed among 42 patients （60 eyes） who has Cataract operation at our hospital from January in 2009 to January in 2010. Results： In the cataract patients, there were 34 eyes （56.66%） of senile cataract, 7 eyes （ 11.67%） of diabetic,age-related cataract, 12 eyes （20%） of highly myopic cataract and 7 eyes （11.67%） of other complicated cataract. Clear corneaI-ncision and phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraoeuIar lensimplantation were performed for all the patients.Postoperative vision Was〉0.5 in 42 eyes （70%）, 0.3-0.4 in 9 eyes （15%）, 0.1-0.25 in 7eyes （11.67%） and〈0.1 in 2 eyes （3.33%） . 6 eyes appearance postoperative complications, but symptoms are mild, recovered after treatment. Conclusion： Phacoemulsification applies to all types of cataract with good results.
