摘要
首先制备出添加剂Co2+以不同方式添加的5种氢氧化镍,然后分别做成电极。通过循环伏安法考察电极充放电过程中氧气析出的难易程度、通过排水取气法考察各电极充电过程中氧气析出的时间、速度及不同时刻的充电效率。将这两种方法相结合研究了钴的添加方式对镍电极析氧特性的影响。结果表明:Co2+固溶体掺杂和表面掺杂均可强化镍电极充电过程中的析氧极化、提高充电效率、改善电极性能,但当两种方式按适当的比例相结合时强化析氧极化的效果会更好。在本文所讨论的几种掺杂方式中,Co2+以表面掺杂1.5%+固溶体掺杂1.5%混合方式添加是降低镍电极的氧化电位、提高析氧电位、提高电极充电接受能力。
We first prepared five kinds of nickel hydroxide in which the doping mode of additive Co 2+ is di fferent from each other,then we prepared the corresponding electrodes.The properties of oxygen evolution at nickel electrode were studied with the method of cyclic voltammetry which will show how easy it is for oxygen to evolve during charging process.The time and the velocity of oxygen evolution and charging efficiency of the electrode at different time can be shown by the method of collecting oxygen that evolved during charging by pushing the water in the burette.It has found that adding Co 2+ to the surface of nickel hydroxide and coprecipiating Co 2+ into nickel hydroxide can both delay oxygen evolution,increase charging efficiency and improve the whole property of nickel electrode.However,the effect will be much more obvious by combining these two kinds of mehods.Among the several doping modes discussed in this paper,adding 1.5 percent of Co 2+ to the surface of nickel hydroxide and coprecipiating 1.5 percent of Co 2+ into nickel hydroxide at the same time is the best doping mode to decrease oxiding potential,to increase oxygen evolving potential,to improve the charging efficienty and to improve the property of nickel electrode.
