摘要
高校档案信息化建设,要以档案资源数字化建设为基础,完善档案信息标准化、规范化体系,加强档案信息安全保障体系建设。要培养档案管理人才,创新服务机制,提高全体教职员工的档案管理意识。
Construction of archival information in colleges and universities should rely on the construction of digital archival resources, perfect the standardization of archival information, and build up the security system of archival information. Furthermore, great efforts should be made to train management personnel, innovate the new service mechanism and raise all faculty and staff＇s awareness of archival management.
