摘要
目的:观察三联法治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:将129例输尿管结石患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用三联疗法即中药、西药、推按运经仪。对照组仅用西医。结果:治疗组排石率为96.9%,对照组排石率为60.9%,两组疗效比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。排石时间治疗组1～12d,平均(4.5±2.0)d,对照组5～15d,平均(7.0±2.5)d,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三联法治疗输尿管结石疗效显著,值得临床应用推广。
Objective：To observe the effect of triple therapy on the treatment of ureteral calculi cancer.Methods：129 cases of ureteral stones patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group with triple therapy or Traditional Chinese Medicine,Western Medicine,to promote transport by the instrument,control group only Western Medicine.Results：The stone row rate of the treatment group was 96.9%,the control group was 60.9%,there was a very significant difference in the two groups（P0.01）.Expulsion time treatment group 1-12 days,mean（4.5±2.0） days vs 5-15 days,mean（7.0±2.5） days,there was a significant difference in the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The triple therapy of ureteral stones and worthy of clinical application and popularization.
