摘要
全产业链模式是国际食品巨头为解决食品安全问题普遍采用的经营模式。文章将全产业链理念延伸到区域食品行业,分析河南省食品工业的发展条件和机遇,探讨河南省食品产业链的发展战略。研究表明,实施全产业链发展模式可以更好地整合河南食品工业现有的资源条件和产业基础,在消除食品安全隐患的同时提升食品产业链的整体竞争力和产业控制力,并推动农业产业化纵深发展。
Whole industry chain is a food safety operation mode adopted by some large food companies in the world. Using the thought of whole industry chain onto regional food industry development, this paper explores food industry development strategy of Henan province based on SWOT analysis. The research shows that： by fulfilling whole industry chain mode, Henan has a good chance to integrate present resource and industry basis, to upgrade the food industry chain＇ s competitiveness and industry control power while eliminating the potential hazard of food safety.
