外部高等教育市场的环境发生了变化,中国的高等教育到现在还属于一个卖方市场。高校发展的几个阶段:第一个阶段,创业期;第二个阶段,规模扩张期;第三个阶段,规范发展期;第四个阶段,战略转型期。西安欧亚学院的努力方向是用品牌战略、质量战略、经营战略积极引导,加速战略转型,促进内涵发展,以业务战略带动职能战略,进行人才培养模式的创新,实现"一流本科教育"的目标。
Although great changes have taken place in the external environments of higher education markets, China' s higher education is still at the seller' s market. Generally speaking, in the develpment of a college there are four stages: the creation period at the first stage, the expansion period at the second stage, the regular development period at the third stage, and the strategic transformation period at the fourth stage. Xi' an Eurasia University will quicken its strategic transformation for the development of the inner strength under the active guidance of the strategies for its brand, quality tion. The university is aimed at realizing the objective of proving "first-rate education students of four-year programs" strategies are driven by service through and operaservice for its innovation in talent training modes, under which functional strategies.
