摘要
研究了轧后不同快速冷却工艺对低碳低硅钢组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,轧后快冷返红温度为600℃时,试验钢的冲击韧性最好;返红温度为550℃时,钢的强度有所上升但塑性降低,冲击韧性有所下降;返红温度控制在650℃时,粗大碳化物从奥氏体晶界析出,导致低温韧性显著降低。
Effects of post-rolling cooling process on mechanical properties and microstructure of low-carbon low-silicon steel are researched and the results show that,when post-rolling rapid cooling self-tempering temperature is 600℃,testing steel impact ductility is the best with self-tempering temperature at 600℃. When reduced to 550℃,steel strength increases,and plastic property and punching ductility decrease. When self-tempering temperature is controlled at 650℃,the precipitation of thick carbide from austenite grain boundary greatly decreases low temperature ductility.
