摘要
文章采用旋涂和滴涂两种方法分别制备了聚3-己基噻吩(P3HT)和聚苯乙烯(PS)共混物的有机薄膜晶体管器件,并通过掠角X射线衍射,扫描电镜和原子力显微镜对薄膜结构进行了研究,结果表明使用旋涂方法时薄膜中的P3HT形成了纳米网络结构,P3HT分子采取了共轭平面垂直于硅片表面的排列方式,这种结构有利于载流子的传输,从而提高了旋涂方法得到的薄膜的场效应迁移率。
Spin-coating and Drop-casting methods were used in fabrication of poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) andpolystyrene(PS) organic thin-film transistors.Grazing-incidence X-ray diffraction,field-emission scanning electron microscope and atom force microscope were applied to investigate the P3HT blend films.The results reveal that P3HT in the films obtained from spin-coating formed nanofiber networks,the π-π stacking plane in P3HT moleculars is normal to the substrate.This structure is extremely beneficial for the charge transport in the TFTdevices,and thus improved the field-effect mobility.
