摘要
目的探讨功能性消化不良的诊断、临床分型和治疗方法。方法采取在对症治疗基础上,遵循综合治疗和个体化治疗的原则,对126例功能性消化不良患者进行治疗。结果治愈82例占65.1%,好转30例占23.8%,无效14例占11.1%,总有效率为88.9%.结论在功能性消化不良患者的治疗过程中,应采取在对症治疗基础上,遵循综合治疗和个体化治疗的原则;注重心理指导,辅以药物治疗,可取得较好的临床效果。
Objective To study the diagnosis,clinical classification and treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods Based on the comprehensive treatment and followed the principle of individual treatment,126 patients with functional dyspepsia were treated.Results There were 82 cases cured（65.1%）,30 improved（23.8%）,ineffective in 14 cases（11.1%）.The total effective rate was 88.9%.Conclusion The treatment of functional dyspepsia should be taken on the basis of comprehensive treatment and follow the principle of individual treatment.And pay attention to psychological guidance,supplemented by drug therapy in order to obtain better clinical effects.
