摘要
笔者通过对青岛市图书馆数字参考咨询读者问卷的调查结果揭示,目前青岛市图书馆的读者有要求开展个性化数字参考咨询服务的愿望。然后笔者从如何建设个性化的青岛市图书馆用户资源库、如何开展个性化的青岛市图书馆信息定制服务、如何建设个性化的青岛市图书馆用户界面等方面来阐述了青岛市图书馆开展个性化数字参考咨询服务的策略。
By the results of readers questionnaire for Qingdao Library digital reference,Qingdao Libraryies＇ readers have requested to carry out personalized digital reference services.Then the author discusses how to construct personalized resource library for Qingdao Libraryies readers,how to carry out personalized information customization of Qingdao Library,how to construct user interface of Qingdao Library and so on to discuss the strategies of Qingdao Library personalized digital reference services.
