摘要
战略评价主要活动包括检查企业战略的内在基础,比较实际结果与预期结果及采取纠正措施以确保行动和计划一致。有效的战略评价有利于企业发挥已经塑造形成的内部优势,把握正在出现的外部机会,识别并抵御外部威胁,并及时预防和处理内部劣势产生的危害。本文总结了战略评价的标准和内容,并构建了战略评价的框架,进而对比分析了战略选择评价方法,如生命周期分析法、PIMS分析法、"定位-持续性-价值-灵活性"评价框架、博弈论分析法、行业吸引力—竞争能力矩阵等;并分析了战略实施评价方法,即战略准备度分析法,平衡计分卡,价值链分析法等。
The main activities involved in the strategic evaluation are to check the intrinsic base of the corporate strategies, to make comparison between actual outcome and predicted outcome, and to take corrective action in order to match the plan. There are a number of advantages to implement effective strategic evaluation, including bringing into play the internal strength, seizing the opportunities, identifying and defending the external threat, together with avoiding and handling the weakness. This paper summarizes the standard and content of the strategic evaluation, sets the framework, and compares different strategic selection and implement evaluation methods, namely life-cycle analysis, PIMS analysis, game theory analysis, strategic readiness analysis, BSC method and value chain analysis.
