摘要
目的：为提高ＭＴＴ比色法检测自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞活性的稳定性。方法：用改良的ＭＴＴ比色法对ＮＫ细胞的杀伤活性进行了测定，同时与３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法相比较。结果：改良的ＭＴＴ法在保留了简单、敏感，可重复及安全等特性的同时，其稳定性大大提高。相关性研究表明，改良的ＭＴＴ法与３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法具有高度的相关性（γ＞０９４）。结论：改良的ＭＴＴ比色法在免疫学、肿瘤学及临床研究方面极具实用价值。
Objective:To improve the stability of examinating the killing activity of NK cells with tetrazalium salt reduction Method: The killing activity of NK cells was assayed with modified MTT approach and contrasted simultaneously with the 3 H -TdR incorporation assay Result: The character of simplicity, sensitivity,repetitiveness and safety remained The modified MTT approach exhibited an upgraded stabilization Comparison between results of modified MTT and 3H-TdR incorporation assay showed a significant correlation ( r >0 94) Conclusion: The modified MTT approach is of a tremendous practical value in the immunological, oncological and clinical researches
