摘要 通过对某型机铸件进气道唇口装配过程和唇口材料性能的分析,研究唇口裂纹产生的原因,并提出采用电磁铆接技术的方案。针对唇口的结构特征和电磁铆枪的特点,提出在铆枪前加装U型铆接头。为防止铆枪回调碰撞铆接件,设计了连接头。通过实验,获取了唇口电磁铆接工艺参数,成功地解决了进气道唇口裂纹问题。 The reason for the emergence of crack was researched by analyzing the process of gas inlet lip assembly and the performance of a certain type of the airplane lip material.The propose to use electromagnetic riveting technology and to add an U-shaped rivet head before the riveter had been set forth.Connecting joint had been designed to avoid collision when the riveter turns over.The electromagnetic riveting technology parameters for the lip had been derived through experiments.The problem of inlet lip cracks has been successfully solved.
