摘要
设计、开发一种压力成形设备智能控制和远程诊断维护系统,介绍了系统的体系结构和工作流程,根据系统的功能特点,以服务器/客户端的形式,实现对压力成形设备的远程监控、智能故障诊断及音/视频在线交互。通过实验验证了系统的有效性,为压力成形设备的网络化控制,提供了一种快速有效的方法。
An intelligent monitoring and remote diagnosis maintenance system of pressure forming equipment was presented.The composing of the system and its work cycle flow were introduced first.Then a server/client mode was designed to achieve remote control,intelligent fault diagnosis,and audio/video intercommunication on-line.Experiments show that this system is valid,and it provides a convenient and effective developing method for controlling pressure forming equipment through network.
