防己黄芪汤对复合造模肝纤维化小鼠肝线粒体过氧化损伤的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究防己黄芪汤对内毒素脂多糖(LPS)与二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)联合造模的肝纤维化小鼠肝线粒体过氧化损伤的影响。方法以ELISA法检测用药后肝纤维化小鼠肝线粒体三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、丙二醛(MDA)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化,观察防己黄芪汤对肝纤维化小鼠肝组织线粒体过氧化损伤的影响。结果防己黄芪汤能有效降低肝纤维化小鼠肝线粒体中MDA水平,并提高ATPase及SOD的含量,其效果呈剂量依赖关系。结论防己黄芪汤能有效清除肝纤维化小鼠体内的氧自由基水平,从而减轻肝纤维化过程中的过氧化损伤。 Objective To study the effect of Fangji Huangqi Decoction on the liver mitochondrial per-oxidative injury in hepatic fibrosis mice induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and Nitrosodimethylamine(DMN). Methods To evaluate the effect of Fangji Huangqi Decoction on the liver mitochondrial per-oxidative injury in hepatic fibrosis mice, we utilized enzyme-linked immunospecific assay (ELISA) to assay the contents of mice mitochondrial adenosine triphosphatase ( ATPase ), malondialdehyde ( MAD ) and superoxide disnmtase ( SOD ) after medication. Results Fangji Huangqi Decoction could effectively reduce MDA level, and increase the contents of ATPase and SOD in liver mitochondria of liver fibrosis mice, and the action was in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Fangji Huangqi Decoc- tion can remove oxygen free radicals in liver injury mice, thus reducing the per-oxidative injury.
