摘要
项目管理的应用已经越来越广泛,然而大多数组织还是将项目管理用于时间进度管理及任务分解结构等工具层面的管理实践,较少的组织能够全面地多维度利用项目管理理论指导组织的发展。项目管理领域的集成创新案例虽然不断涌现,但缺少系统性总结。鉴此,结合多年项目管理咨询与研究实践,在简要阐释项目管理理论应用体系演变过程的基础上,将多维度项目管理进行了系统总结,提出了基于管理过程、生命周期、知识领域、资源集成层级与管理目标5个维度的项目管理集成创新模式,供项目管理实践参考。
The application of project management has become increasingly widespread,but most organizations can still only make use of project management for plan management and work breakdown structure in management practices.Less organization can use project management to guide organizations in a more comprehensive,multi-dimensional way.There are lots of best practice cases of multi-dimensional integrated innovation during project management practice,while fewer researchers have made regular and systematic summary about them.Accordingly,based on years of consulting and research practice in the area of project management,the paper summarizes five dimensions integrated innovation pattern of project management from life cycle, knowledge,resources integration,management objectives＇ perspective.It also has made a brief introduction of application development history of project management.
