摘要
设计了一套基于剪切模式的电流变液减振器,并应用于抑制深孔机床切削振动和颤振。分析了减振器阻尼力公式及影响因素,得到简化的切削系统动力学模型。最后通过计算机仿真表明通过控制电流变液减振器的电场强度可以很方便地调节系统的阻尼率,能有效地抑制切削颤振的发生。
Designed a model based on shear ERF damper,and applied to suppress deep-hole cutting machine vibration and vibration.By analysis of the damper's damping force formula and influencing factors,a simplified dynamics model of cutting system is derived.The final adoption of the computer simulation shows that the ER fluid damper by controlling the electric field strength can be very convenient to adjust the damping rate of the system and can effectively suppress the occurrence of cutting chatter.
