摘要 采用FLUENT对水喷嘴内部流场,混合室和混合管内部流场,以及收敛角对流场的影响进行了仿真和实验验证。结果表明,水喷嘴内部流场可以较好地预测水射流速度,在混合室内部空气与水界面处有一系列的漩涡,在锥段末端处充满了低速度的水,收敛角为45°时锥段处的水速度明显增加。 In this paper,a simulation model of the internal flow fields of orifice,mixing chamber and the mixing tube,as well as the influence of convergence angle on the flow field based on the software of FLUENT are developed and verified.It shows that the waterjet velocity can be predicted well by the orifice internal flow field.It also can be seen that the air and water interface has a series of whirlpools in the mixing chamber.as well as the end of the cone is filled with low-speed water.The water speed is increased significantly when the cone angle is 45°.
