摘要
葛根素(Puerarin普乐林、普乐宁)系豆科植物野葛干燥根提取物,具有通络活血、抗氧化、益智作用。因其药理活性很强,近年对其研究也逐渐深入,葛根素的各种制剂,及其联合用药也被广泛应用于临床,本研究将从治疗心血管、脑血管、糖尿病并发症、急性乙醇中毒及双硫仑样反应、慢性咽炎、下肢外伤性水肿、帕金森综合征、突发性耳聋、眼部疾病、和妇科疾病等几方面进行综述。
puerarin（Puerarin puerarin,Bullock Ning） of the plants dried root extract of Pueraria lobata with collaterals blood,antioxidant,educational role.Because of their strong pharmacological activity,gradually deepening its research in recent years,various preparations of puerarin,and their combination is also widely used in clinic.this article from the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications of diabetes,acute alcohol intoxication and disulfiram-like reaction,chronic pharyngitis,edema of lower extremity injury,Parkinson＇s syndrome,sudden deafeess,eye diseases,and gynecological diseases, and several were reviewed.
