摘要
探讨体育健身休闲业的服务质量,并以国际上广泛应用的Parasuraman,Zeithaml,and Berry所提出的SERVQUA量表(即PZB量表)中的5项衡量构面,包括有形性、可靠性、反应性、确实性和关怀性,作为本研究的理论根据与发展量表的基础。根据专家的意见,重新发展了量表,并通过问卷调查,对量表进行了信度和效度的检验。结果表明经过发展后的体育健身休闲服务质量量表适合中国体育健身休闲市场对服务的测量。
This study on sports fitness and leisure industry to do to explore the quality of service,and to take literature review,as a theoretical foundation for building an analytical basis.based on Parasuraman,Zeithaml,and Berry,proposed SERVQUAL Scale value in the five volume dimensions include:tangible,reliability,responsiveness,and care of certainty,as this study The theoretical basis and development of scale basis;and in accordance with the views of scholars and experts to re-developed the scale,and through a questionnaire survey carried out on the scale reliability and validity testing.After that development,sports fitness and leisure service quality scale for sports,fitness,recreation service market's measurements.
