摘要
我国竹类资源丰富,笋壳是一种还未完全开发的资源。本文根据笋壳的主要成分综述近年来我国笋壳开发利用的进展情况,分析现有研究中存在的问题。
The resource of bamboo was rich in China,but the bamboo shoots shell was not exploited enough.According to the composition of the bamboo shoots shell,the development of its exploitation was reviewed in the paper,and the issues exiting in study were analyzed.
