摘要
以色尔古电站引水隧洞衬砌施工为例,阐述了圆形隧道中几种不同衬砌方法,并对其优缺点进行比较,并着重介绍了在特殊地质情况下,为保证隧道结构安全稳定和高强度工期进度要求,采用了目前圆形隧道衬砌在国内非常少见单工作面针梁+(边顶拱+底拱)相对砌施工和单工作面双针梁台车平行衬砌施工方法,使衬砌进度成倍提高,而且保证了隧道的稳定和安全,对今后类似的工程具有指导意义。
Using diversion tunnel lining construction in Se' ergu Power Station as an example,this paper elaborates on several different lining methods in circular tunnels and makes a comparison among their strengths and weaknesses.Under special geological conditions,to ensure the safety and stability of tunnel structure and tempo requirements of high-intensity time limit,a single operating surface needle beam +(crown and side arch + floor arch) lining construction and parallel lining construction method of single operating surface double-needle beam trolley are used in the circular tunnel.This domestic rare method doubles the lining speed and ensures the stability and security of tunnel,which can be reference to similar projects in the future.
