摘要
制备不同配合比的氯氧镁水泥试件,采用压力机测试不同龄期试件的力学性能,用恒电位仪分析试件不同龄期的电性能,同时通过扫描电镜分析其微观结构。结果表明:养护1 d试件的交流阻抗谱不呈现Randles状,养护7 d才呈Randles状,这和硅酸盐水泥有所差别,不同配合比的氯氧镁水泥试件的交流阻抗谱也有较大的差异,随着n(MgO)/n(MgC12)的增大,试件的阻抗值逐渐增大,微观结构变的致密,力学性能也变好。试件的力学性能和微观结构与其交流阻抗谱有一定的相关性。
Several magnesium oxychloride cement samples with different combinations were prepared,Electrical properties and the mechanical properties of samples were investigated by impedance analyzer and compression-testing machine.The microstructure of the samples was analyzed by SEM.The results show that the AC impedance spectra of the samples with curing 1 d does not show Randles-like,however,which with curing 7 d shows Randles-like,This is somewhat different with Portland cement.The impedance spectra of magnesium oxychloride cement samples with different combinations is quite different,with the n(MgO)/n(MgCl2)increasing,the impedance values of the samples increase,the microstructure becomes more dense,and mechanical properties are also better.There is a certain relationship among the strength properties,microstructure and the electrical properties.
