响应面法优化闪式提取陈皮中橙皮苷工艺的研究 被引量:22

摘要 采用响应面法对陈皮中橙皮苷的闪式提取工艺进行优化。在单因素实验的基础上,选取乙醇浓度、提取时间和液固比三个主要因素,以橙皮苷得率为响应值,用响应面分析法优化橙皮苷的闪式提取工艺。结果表明,闪式提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,提取时间2.6min,液固比42.1mL/g,闪式提取2次。在此条件下,橙皮苷得率的理论值为5.39%,实测值为5.36%,与理论值的相对误差为0.56%。与乙醇热回流法相比,橙皮苷得率提高了6.35%,提取时间大大缩短。闪式提取法是一种高效快速的提取橙皮苷的方法。 Response surface methodology was applied to optimize the homogenate extraction of hesperidin from pericarpium citri reticulatae.On the base of single factor experiments, ethanol concentration,extraction time and the ratio of solvent to solid were selected as the main factors.The yield of hesperdin was used as the responsive values.The response surface method was employed to optimize the homogenate extraction of hesperidin. The results indicated that the optimum conditions were as follows:the concentration of ethanol of 70%, the extraction time of 5rain,the ratio of solvent to solid of 42.1mL/g and homogenate extraction for 2 times.Under the optimum extraction conditions,the predictive yield of hesperdin was 5.39% ,the average validation yield of hesperidin was 5.36%, and the relative error between them was 0.56%.Compared with heating reflux extraction,the yield using the homogenate extraction was 6.35% higher and extraction time was significantly shortened. So the homogenate extraction was efficient and rapid to extract hesperdin.
