摘要
家用电器标准涉及家电产品的各项基本功能参数、性能指标和测试方法,涵盖了产品的设计、生产、使用、维修维护、回收利用等生命周期各个阶段。本文对我国目前的家用电器标准进行了较为系统的梳理,构建起我国家用电器标准体系的基本框架,架构分为3个层次、5个基本系列,对框架下各系列标准进行了较为详细的分析研究。
The standards of HEA（Household electrical appliances） relate to the basic functions, characteristics and testing methods of performances of the products. They usually cover the life stage of design, manufacturing, use, maintenance, repair, recycle and so on. This study have made a systematical research on our national current standards of HEA, setting up its framework which is composed of three hierarchies and five basic series. At the same time we still made a detailed analysis about the different standards under each series.
