摘要
目的:研究五加科植物刺五加Acanthopanaxsenticosus(Rupr.etMaxim.)Harms茎叶中的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为刺五加酮(ciwujiatone,II),异秦皮定(isofraxidin,I),五加甙B1(eleutherosideB1,I)。结论:II为新化合物。
AIM: To study the chemical composition in the stems and leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Three compounds were identified as: ciwujiatone ( III ), isofraxidin ( I ), eleutheroside B1 ( II ). CONCLUSION: Compound III were separated for the first time.
