摘要
目的：研究五加科植物刺五加Ａｃａｎｔｈｏｐａｎａｘｓｅｎｔｉｃｏｓｕｓ（Ｒｕｐｒ．ｅｔＭａｘｉｍ．）Ｈａｒｍｓ茎叶中的化学成分。方法：利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：得到３个化合物，分别鉴定为刺五加酮（ｃｉｗｕｊｉａｔｏｎｅ，ＩＩ），异秦皮定（ｉｓｏｆｒａｘｉｄｉｎ，Ｉ），五加甙Ｂ１（ｅｌｅｕｔｈｅｒｏｓｉｄｅＢ１，Ｉ）。结论：ＩＩ为新化合物。
AIM: To study the chemical composition in the stems and leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Three compounds were identified as: ciwujiatone ( III ), isofraxidin ( I ), eleutheroside B1 ( II ). CONCLUSION: Compound III were separated for the first time.
