孕期压力性尿失禁的影响因素调查 被引量：1

摘要 目的 研究孕期压力性尿失禁（SUI）发病情况及其影响因素.方法 采用问卷调查形式,对来我院分娩的38～41周1339例孕妇进行调查.结果 孕期SUI的发生率为19.57%（262/1339）,孕20周（包括20周）前发生的56例,发生率4.18%（56/1339）;孕20周后的206例,发生率15.39%（206/1339）,随孕周增加发生率增高;SUI的发生与孕妇孕次、产次、流产次数、胎儿体重过大、孕妇体重、体重指数有关,与孕妇初潮年龄无关.结论 孕期SUI发病率随孕周增加发生率增高;孕妇多次妊娠、分娩、流产,孕妇体重、高体重指数、胎儿体重过大为孕期SUI发生的高危因素.
