摘要
目前,我国正处于社区戒毒模式的建立与试点阶段,由于社区戒毒理念是我国从英美等国借鉴过来的,因此,值得分析研究。国外在社区戒毒模式的先进之处体现在法律的健全、管理机制的完善、处罚方式的多样化、戒毒资金的投入有保障等方面,我们可以吸收和借鉴。
The mode of community-based drug treatment and rehabilitation is in the pilot phase in China at present.Because the ideology of it originates from Britain,American and some other countries,we have to learn more from these countries how to do it.Moreover,we can learn a lot from their strong points in perfecting law,improving leading and administrative mechanisms,multiplying ways of punishment and investment of the treatment.
