摘要
文章针对SS4B型机车运行过程中出现的齿轮箱变形、裂纹及漏油现象,重点对齿轮箱本身的结构进行了分析,提出了改进措施。改进后的齿轮箱经试装和运行考核,效果良好。
Aiming at the phenomena of type SS4B locomotive gearbox during running,such as deformations,cracks,and leakages,this papermainly analyzes the structure of gearbox.It also points out some improvement measures.The trial assembly and practical operation examination of modified gearbox proved that the application effects of these improvement measures are very good.
