摘要
随着全球化时代的到来,语言消亡的速度呈加剧之势,引发了前所未有的语言生态危机。着眼于语言与其生存环境之间的相互作用关系,倡导语言多样化和濒危语言保护,并从语言人权和语言规划方面提出了保持语言生态平衡的对策和建议。
With the age of globalization,the extinction of languages is accelerated,resulting in unprecedented crisis in language ecology.For the sake of protecting endangered languages and maintaining ecolinguistic diversity,we should on the one hand guarantee the use of ethnic minority languages in social life while providing basic language rights for the survival and development of the individuals in the community.On the other hand we must advocate scientific language planning to realize equal communication between ethnic groups and synchronous social development.
