摘要
为从根本上提高师范专科生的从教素质,晋中师范高等专科学校(以下简称"我校")展开了"创建实训基地,提高师范专科生从教素质研究与实践"的课题研究,初步探索出了适合我校实际的模拟实训(微格教学,也叫课堂教学常用技能培训)的内容和方法体系。
To fundamentally improve teaching quality of the students who are studying in teachers＇college, the theme of establishing a training base and improving teaching quality of students has been researched in our school, and we have explored a series of adequate contents and methods of imitating practice which is also called micro teaching.
