摘要
通过自助借还机的使用实践,针对自助借还系统的不足,提出从宣传工作、辅助工作和后续工作等方面采取措施以及改进对策。
Based on the use of self-service book borrowing and returning machines,we proposed to adopt measures and improvements against disadvantages of the self-service book borrowing and returning system in aspects such as publicity,assistance and follow-up tasks.
