摘要
建立了柱对称超晶格异质结构中电子运动满足的薛定愕方程,采用微扰法推导出电子能谱的色散关系;证明了技状超晶格中电子能话存在着容许带和禁带的交错;讨论了共轴异质层厚度以及异质系统核心半径对电子能谱的影响.
Fist, an applicable Schrodinger Equation for the electron movement in the heterogenity structure ofthe column symmetric super-Lattice is established. Then the dispersion relations of the electron energyspectrum by adopting the micro-method is discussed. And the existence of alternation between conductiveband and forbidden band in the electron energy spectrum of the column super-lattice is proved. At last,the thickness of the couxal heterogenity layer and the influence of the radius of the heterogenity systemcore on the electron energy spectrum are discussed.
