现代服务业是提升地区产业竞争力的决定性战略因素。就河北省怀来县而言,应在充分认识和把握全县现代服务业发展现状的基础上,明确加快现代服务业发展的指导思想和主要目标,通过实现现代服务业的主体创新、环境创新和管理创新,从而实现全县现代服务业的快速发展。
Modem service industry is a critical factor to the competitiveness of local industries. As far as Huailai County is concerned, it is necessary for us to clarify the guideline and goal for quickening the development of modem service industry. As a result, the innovation with the mainbody, the environment, and the administration will contribute to the boom in modem service industry within the county.
