摘要
德育是高校教育工作的重要内容,德育工作是一项系统工程。分析了云南高职高专院校德育工作的基本现状、存在问题和制约因素,运用系统论方法提出建构高职高专院校德育工作系统性结构的总体思路和框架,论述了高职高专院校德育系统性结构的主系统和辅系统两个子系统的建设及其相互关系,对提高德育工作质量和效益具有理论和现实意义。
Moral education is one of the most important parts of college education and a systematic project as well.This paper analyzes the basic situation,existing problems and restraining factors of moral education in higher vocational colleges of Yunnan Province.By using systematic approaches,it puts forward how to construct the general idea and framework of moral education and discusses the construction and their interrelationship between the main system and subsystems of systematic structure of moral education in higher vocational college.
