摘要
以苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,失水山梨醇单甘油酯(Span80)和失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(Tween80)为复合乳化剂,环己烷为油相,(NH_4)_2S_2O_8、NaHSO_3为引发剂,采用反相微乳液聚合方法,合成一种水溶性三元共聚物。分别利用红外光谱仪和差热分析仪研究了聚合物的结构和热稳定性,该共聚物的开始失重温度为225℃,在500℃时,该聚合物的残留率仍然保持在40%以上。利用旋转黏度计、失水仪和扫描电镜为评价工具,对共聚物钻井液的性能进行评价。结果表明,SSS/AA/AM共聚物钻井液具有良好的降滤失、耐温、抗盐、抗Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)污染能力。
A filtrate reducer was synthesized by using Span80 and Tween80 as the emulsifiers,styrene sulfonic acid sodium(SSS),acrylic acid(AA),and acrylic amide(AM) as comonomers,cyclohexane as the oil phase,(NH_4)_2S_2O_8 and NaHSO_3 as the initiator with inverse microemulsion polymerization.The composition of the copolymer was characterized by infrared spectra,and the thermal stability was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry. The mud properties of copolymer drilling fluid were evaluated by rotational viscometer,filter press and scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that SSS/AA/AM copolymer has good capacities of reducing filtrate loss,heat resistance,salt tolerance and anti-pollution of Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+).
