摘要
气压传感器是探空仪中的核心部件之一,传统的硅压阻传感器应用于探空仪中还存在着一些不足。本文介绍了一种集成气压传感器,提出了集成气压传感器中的两种新的温度控制补偿方法,并依据试验数据做出了对比分析。
The pressure sensor is one of the core components in radiosonde.There are still some deficiencies in traditional silicon piezoresistive sensors.This paper introduces an integrated pressure sensor and puts forward two new methods for temperature compensation.Meanwhile,the comparation is made out by experimental data.
