摘要
介绍了塞鲁迪凹印生产线连线大张横向分切单元的基本结构和分切误差,以及利用高精度编码器实现同步控制的方案。重点分析了增量式旋转编码器的工作原理及其在同步控制系统中的设计。实际检测数据表明,在塞鲁迪凹印生产线连线大张横向分切中,长度误差均不超过0.08 mm,大大提高了分切精度,减轻了后续的工作强度。
The basic structure and slitting error of on-line sheeter unit in Cerutti rotogravure production line as well as the scheme for realizing synchronous control by high-precision encoder.The working principle of incremental rotary encoder and its design in synchronous control system is emphatically introduced;It is shown by actual detection data: in the large sheet horizontal slitting of Cerutti rotogravure production line,the length error does not exceed 0.08 mm,the slitting accuracy is improved and the intensity of follow-up work is reduced.
