摘要
目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定西咪替丁注射液中西咪替丁含量的方法。方法:主要参数为:色谱柱为KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(40:60),检测波长为218nm,流速为1ml?min-1。该方法对西咪替丁的平均回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.92%(n=5)。本法与标准法比较,没有显著性差别。结果:方法简便,结果准确,专属性强,可用于含量的测定。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of imetidineInjection for injection.Methods： The Agilent Kromasil C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） column was used at 30℃with methanol-water（40：60） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 218nm.imetidineand its primary impurity can be separated obviously.The linearity of the calibration cure was good in the range of 2.01μg/ml^40.1μg/mlfor imetidinewith the correlation coefficient 0.9999.The average recovery ofimetidinewas 99.16%（RSD =0.92%）.Results ： The method is reliable,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the quantitative analysis of imetidine for injection.
